You'd be forgiven to doubt this place since it's so conveniently located in Kyoto Station. You think you'd have to explore alleyways for 'good' sushi, but this place is actually really good. No fuss, just sit down, grab the sushi on the belt, pay when...More

We were in the Kyoto station area during lunch time, we were hungry and we wanted to try our first kaiten sushi restaurant in Japan. 5 minutes wait at the entrance, then we sat at the counter. Good sushi choice with 2-3 very reasonable price...More

In the States, conveyor belt sushi generally has bad connotations. Dried up bland old cheap fish on dried up old rice. This was not the case of Sushi no Musashi, in the Land of Sushi. We had arrived around dinner time via the Shinkansen from...More

Okay if you have sushi in Sapporo this is not as good. However, for someone from the US, Utah, it was fantastic and very affordable! Convenient in the train station. Usually a 10 to 20 minute wait

17 plates, some of which were the premium plates and a beer, came to around £25, super reasonable prices! Seems like there’s a regular queue outside, don’t be put off! It was delicious!

Went there because of the good reviews, but came back super dissapointed. When a restaurant has 4,5 stars out of 5, you’d expect it to be really good. But it was so average. I’ve eaten better sushi in Belgium. This was the only restaurant in...More

This place is so reasonably priced and serves great sushi. The conveyor belt concept makes it easy to eat way more than you need to but no regrets here. All the dishes were fresh and tasted divine!

Hard to beat good sushi on a conveyor belt.. Rolled off the bullet train from Tokyo and into this resto, parked our luggage on the side and went to town.. Stacks and stacks of empty plates later we rolled back out, stuffed and satisfied. This...More

Southern Kyoto
Southern Kyoto has a reserved air. Though the Fushimi
Inari Shrine is one of Kyoto's major tourist

strolling and reflection. The Fushimi Inari Shrine
itself is made up of 32,000 sub-shrines, and the
mountain they are dotted across beckons hikers,
picnickers, and lovers of the outdoors. Many of the
