Great selection of sushis. They are quite authentic. It is definitely worth including in your list of places to go.

We visited here twice during our stay in Kyoto as it was just down the street from our hotel. Queue moves fast. Plates are colour coded so you know which have wasabi, which don't and which are the more expensive special dishes. Limited choice for without wasabi, and on one visit I could not get the waitress' attention to order... More

I had a short time in Kyoto and this was the perfect place to have sushi if you wanted a quick but satisfying meal. There is usually a line around dinner time but it clears pretty fast if you are by yourself or in a small group. However once you sit down, they will never rush you. There was a... More

Fun to watch the plates on the conveyor belt, and surprisingly the signs were also in English so you don't have to guess what you are having! If you don't spot your favorite just order it by the sushi chef! Very tasty sushi and inexpensive! But be prepared to wait in line, it is very popular!

We went to this place randomly as it was close to our hotel, and we were hungry. Enjoyed it so much that we came back once again during out 4 days in Kyoto. I was a bit surprised to see it rank so highly on TripAdvisor, because really it is not a fancy restaurant, but glad to see people appreciate... More

Whilst things like the quail's egg and tuna were outstanding, much of the nigiri on offer were using low quality fish and had almost no taste at all. The tuna nigiri in particular basically tasted of cold and wet. So either pass the conveyer belt restaurant by and find a nice, small sushi restaurant or pick the more unusual combinations.... More

Honestly, the foods were not that special (i think the sushi sold in the department store's food court is even better and cheaper)t but it's fun to try. ** The big shrimp sushi and Enkawa were sooooooo good.**

Conveyor belt sushi at Kyoto station. We went there three times and it was great !!! Conveniently placed at the socalled Asty Road part of the station, where there are many different places to eat. Very cheap and excellent value for money. Opens at 10 am.

A lot of tourists so not the most genuine place but great sushi to a resonable price! The location was great as well and the straff were helpful.
