I went with my boss for dinner and we had ordered chicker starter which was very sweet. And the chicken soup we had was served as chicken gravy for rotis. The rotis are not soft and almost like fried. We did not expect a restaurant with name Royal to serve food at this kind and quality. Please do not upset... More

They charged us a bomb, refused to give us onion/green chilli. We were told it is a side dish and will be charged. No.water was served. Food is extremely ordinary. I rest my case there.

Even for a mall restaurant this one was really pathetic. The food had trace amounts of taste and that was it. Our daughter dislikes strong tastes, so she liked it. My wife told me that her dish tasted like school food - in Finland, in the 90s, where the use of any spices or herbs was almost non-existent. My chicken... More

We tried Royal India as we wanted to try another dining option in the Pavillion and felt like an Indian meal, of which there are not many options in the Pavillion. It was a mistake. Fortunately our dining experiences are seldom so bad I feel the need to do such a negative review. This was the exception and one we... More

The only place in the high end Pavilion mall serving Indian food. The restaurant has a good ambiance with both indoor seating and seating in the mall foyer area overlooking the lights and glitter. The food served is good [ do not expect Indian taste in all] and tasty, with adequate quantity. The menu is pretty exhaustive and gives you... More

Fancied a 🍛 and we were in the vicinity so popped in here. Didn't view TripAdvisor before so went in blind so to say. Had Lamb Rogan described as coming in thick gravy which turned out to be soup like in consistency and contained 7 minimal pieces of lamb. Was fairly bland and over salted. OH had Butter chicken and... More

Hi JoeyMumbles, Thanks for your visit and for your honest opinion. Your comment about the Lamb Rogan has been passed on to the chef. However the number of lamb pieces will be between 5-7 chunks. Our portions are prepared for 1, but can be shared by 2. We are glad that you and your wife enjoyed the dishes. We are... More
