This is a dining institution located in Manila - so many years of tradition and quality, something that rarely exists. For the United State's visitor, it is like a supper club or old restaurant owned by the same family that you remember from your childhood. You can sense the tradition when you walk through the doors, at the actions of the seasoned staff, and in the quality of the food. Excellent choice and I was glad to have dined here.

We visited for lunch twice in the space of a 2 day trip to Manila, the food was that good! We had spaghetti Bolognese, seafood linguine and caramel cheesecake and every thing was super tasty. Their prices are reasonable, the place looks lovely and service is friendly and efficient. A must visit

Went here a few days ago and had the Arroz Cubana, and it was yummy. It reminded me of how my grandma cooked it when I was a little boy. The staff are really nice and the ambiance is quaint. I wish I was able to come back, but I wasn’t able to because I had only five days in Malate. Really great food choices in the menu. Yummy halo halo Special.

It is my first time to dine in in this restaurant. A reminder: Be careful with the staff here. We got food poisoned.

Filipino themed restaurant, with mixed touches of art deco and art nouveau. Order the Landlords breakfast - superb! Add caramel sansrival to end your meal perfectly.

The food, service and price points were really great except for the very dirty toilet. This review is for the MOA branch. I've been to the Malate branch and it's also dirty. Management should do something about this such as changing the design.

Cafe Adriatico is a Manila icon that provides bistro-style dining. One of the first dinner places in Malate area that served as a night spot for local clientele. I remember it to be a date destination or a hangout place in my youth. They are in existence for 4 decades, but still delivers quality dishes until now. However, service can be improved significantly in terms of speed and attentiveness. The following are good starters: gambas al ajillo and pita bread with hummus (comes with black and green olives). Sizes are for 2-3 pax. They have a large variety of main dishes, but my favorite is Lola Ising’s adobo rice, which is a delight. Soft meat and tasty sauce over brown rice. Serving size is for 2 pax. The following are also favorites in Adriatico: seafood linguini, Norwegian salmon, baby squid pasta. All seafood-based but have varied tastes for an enjoyable dinner. Best when enjoyed with chilled margarita and mojito. Coffee drinks are also available. Overall, Adriatico’s awesome still.

Me and my husband has been a customer of this restaurant for almost 10 years. It was like an oasis in the middle of a dessert. The food and service speaks for itself while relaxing in a meditarranean ambiance. But lately, we noticed the quality of food and service has dropped. It's hit and miss. Not just once but in different occassions the pasta we ordered was way too salty its almost not palatable. We never felt so sick after that dinner. Our night was ruined. Also, we've been served a different food other than what we ordered at one time and they were hoping we won't notice it?
