Food was average. Service was terrible... The waiter forgot half the order. You do half the work of the meal yourself and they still get their half wrong.

I brought my nieces for their first time who had a great time 👍🏼 however, the food was just ok and the service was just ok too. My nieces enjoyed it more when the server explained the concept of shabu shabu. We enjoyed it ❗️

Got a chance to try Shabu Shabu at Thousand Cranes at Greenbelt in Makati. Very unique experience trying it for the first time. You cook your food on the table. I opted for the chicken breast and sea food platter. It was a very nice experience overall.

Food mediocre and service worse - staff wanted us out as quick as possible after lunch so that they could clean up & shut down!

Let's see, lemme count, ummm, I lost count of how many times we have eaten at TC Shabu Shabu. We know the wait staff, they surely know us and we vary from our shabu shabu routine very seldom. Regardless, they present us the menu with a smile to see if we will try something different - the returned smile is... More

Bad first experience. I was the first customer of the day. Your waiter in the morning did not even greet us and he was not familiar with the menu. He basically just left us at the table and never returned until we had to drag him. Not a good first experience. I will not recommend this place to my friends.

There is no better way to have fum while eating than to dine in a restaurant featuring shabu-shabu; the Japanese version of hot-pot. The food was plentiful, in fact more than we could eat.

The food is okay (we steered clear of the tempura which has gotten not so good reviews) but given a choice, I would rather eat in Healthy Shabu-Shabu. The shabu-shabu is the same in both restaurants but the latter has better service. I won't be dining here again any time soon.

We were looking for a place to dine in Eastwood Mall where there were a few customers, as it was a weekend. So we came upon Thousand Cranes and were excited to have Shabu Shabu bec the weather was perfect for a nice bowl of soup. Upon entering the restaurant, we were led to a table that I found too...
