Went today with my ladies club of 16 people. The service was spot on, as was the food. I had the Philly Dip Sandwich with a side salad. Today was free pie day, so I chose the French Chocolate Silk. Yummy!

I went with family for supper on a Sunday night. There were people in the restaurant, but it wasn't busy. One thing I appreciated was the seating of people throughout the restaurant instead of all being crammed into one section. I liked the privacy and the elbow room. I also really enjoyed our waitress. She was friendly and pleasant, and... More

Its been awhile since we've been here and now I remember why. What use to be an enjoyable dinning experience is now mediocre at best. We recently went out with our son and his family on a Sunday night. It was not busy at all. We were seated in the room behind the bar where one other family was. After... More

This was our first visit to O'Charley's in Anderson. We arrived about 6 p.m. on a Wednesday night and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. After being seated we were promptly visited by our waitress to take our drink order. She arrived with hot yeast rolls in hand along with bread plates. She returned with our drinks... More

We joined dear friends that dine at O'Charley's EVERY Friday night. To be honest, our friend does not like the menu at all, but it is the favorite place for her son and daughter-in-law. But it was our first .... AND LAST visit. The place was packed. Their favorite waiter, Roger, was first class. We were told, despite being a... More

Service was not great! Food was not as good as other O'Charley's. I would not go back. Even for free pie Wednesday.

I ordered prime rib & it was so tender& seasoned just right. The rolls were so good & the salad was very plentiful. The staff was very professional & efficient. My family will definitely return for a visit The only complaint that I would have about this restaurant, the décor looks a little out dated.

Local relatives suggested it so we met them there. No wait, quick service. We were doing a lot of talking and catching up, but the server didn't pressure us and let us sit after we were finished. The food was good, prices reasonable - a good evening. Casual dining, with a god variety on the menu.

We have ate here before but to me it just seems like everytime we come the service, quality, and timing has just gotten worse and worse. The waitress was not busy yet busy with talking to coworkers, when asked for something was given a rude response, and the time it took for us just to get everything was very long... More

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and we were actually surprised when we arrived 7:00 p.m. and were able to be seated immediately. The restaurants we passed on our way to O'Charleys all had people standing outside waiting. This was probably a sign of what was to come. Even though there were seats in the main dining area,...
