Outdoor courtyard was delightful for Sunday breakfast. Eggs Benedict and Spinach Omelette were hits. Century is located in the very cool Holland Hotel.

Tonight my husband and I visited the bar. Carlos was the bartender and he absolutely blew us away. He made fantastic drinks and was exceptionally personable. My husband had beer as they had several local options of beer available on tap. I asked Carlos to make me his best drinks, of which I had 3. Each one was more spectacular... More

Great place to eat dinner a little on the expensive side but the service is wonderful & the cook staff are fun to interact with. We always enjoy sitting in the booth across from the kitchen talking to the chefs. They always have unique dinner items presented well.

This chef can really cook! The chicken fried steak was so tender you didn't a knife. And the Vegetable Napoleon was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Winner!!!

The flat iron steak just outstanding. Try the blackened wedge salad. Really spicy! Chef from the Netherlands delivers creative cuisine. Weather permitting try dining on the patio - lovely setting with wood burning fireplace and portable patio heaters. Don't miss this Alpine dinner experience!

Stopped in for a bite to eat as we drove through Alpine. So glad we did! Pricey but good. The French Toast was excellent with fresh strawberries and cream. The coffee was wonderful and I'm very picky about my coffee! This small restaurant has a cozy intimate feel. There is outdoor seating in a small courtyard. The staff were friendly... More

Enjoyed a relaxing Sunday Brunch, complete with a great Bloody Mary. Omelette and a Texas Eggs Benedict were amazing. Perfect flavors and presentation. Service was impeccable, and the decor is impressive. Hope to be back soon.

(Warning: young adults from central Florida in for vacation) After a full day of traveling we wanted a relaxing and upscale dinner experience- and Century delivered. It was a fancier atmosphere without being standoff-ish or unbearingly pricey. STEAK AND VEGGIES Hubs took the Texas Flat Iron Steak (on a seriously thick bed of Green Beans) – the Steak was lightly... More

Part of the Holland Hotel in Alpine, TX Great atmosphere and service. I had the panko crusted pheasant with a brie stuffing served in a demi glace w Peruvian potatoes, glazed pearl onions and baby brussel sprouts, ($38) Outstanding. My wife had a salmon plate ($19), which she said was also very, very good. Our waiter Mike, a student at... More
