This huge buffet restaurant is nothing short of AWESOME. The choice is huge. The items are home cooked with a different twist and taste. I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of the best in S. Texas. Family owned and operated for many years, and the food is always good. Serve everything from Fried Chicken, Fried Catfish, Enchiladas, and Steak to the best home made Cobblers of Peach or Cherry or Apple! Even have Bread Pudding! Great selection of veggies, too! All you can eat and well worth the price.... More

Was able to go and take the family plus the grand children to dinner. Was late when their father was home but they still had a good selection. Great food, great friendly service.

Our neighbor at the campground sent us here and we are glad they did. Sampled just about everything they had! We left full and it didn't break the bank.

This is a somewhat typical all you care to eat place. The food isn't gourmet but it's good, hot, fresh no matter the time of day you go and something for all. Since this is located in the seaside town of Aransas Pass Friday is seafood day and you will find gumbo, fried and baked fish, shrimp, hush puppies and... More

We found there to be an excellent choice of fresh foods. the salad bar was all fresh and the hot food bar was hot as well. No shortage of selections for anyone and no reason to leave hunger. Even the dessert selection was great.

Little pricey for a buffet but the food was good with a good selection. They change there selection to something different every day.

Food was Bland, Plenty of Food, but not "Southern Cooking". Have had much better. Would not return. Average at Best. Bread was not good at all. Tasted Stale. Food was not Hot, just warm. Deserts and Salad Bar was the only thing good about the Restaurant. Service was good which is why I am giving this a 3. Based off... More

My husband and I have eaten at the Butter Churn several times at lunchtime and each time we commented on how good the food was. There is a very large salad bar with a variety of items. It is well maintained which is often a problem at many buffets. There is always choices for soup. There is fresh fruit. There... More

Hubby and I were visiting the area today and stopped in for a late lunch. I was concerned that the food might be picked over and not as fresh as possible. I found that I had nothing to worry about. The food bar was well stocked with all kinds of meats, vegetables, a great salad bar, cobblers and ice cream.... More
