This Arlington establishment is a best kept secret, but shouldn't be. Everything on the menu is delicious. Our new favorite is the Tilapia, which is incredible. The sauce over the tilapia is amazing! Also the charro beans are the best we have ever had. Definitely a must try...and you will be returning again for sure!

Uncertain, have Questions No answer on phone any day or evening. We have specific concerns about food like can we get some vegetarian fare: i.e.vegetable enchiladas no cheese or do they cook with lard?

I've been to Don Mario's about half a dozen times since it opened, and every time the food has been solid but the service has gotten a little worse each time. The last time my gf and I ate there, the poor waiter literally seemed like it was his first day working there and he had gotten no training whatsover,... More

Don Mario's has been a fantastic addition to this North Arlington neighborhood. When you arrive they give you piping hot chips with excellent salsa, and as much as you can eat. They have really good food at reasonable prices. When you go in try their street tacos or their enchiladas. My favorite is their beef enchiladas with New Mexico Green... More

For a Texan, the Tex Mex definitely falls short in comparison to most of the Mexican restaurants in town or even the chain restaurants. I have visited on 2 occasions and the food is bland, cooked for the masses or for people who are not sure they like Mexican food.

We had a table of 14 Sunday after church. Our server handled our large group with smiles and outstanding service. Our drinks and food arrived quickly and drinks were always refilled without even having to ask. My meal was outstanding (I had breakfast for lunch). The salsa was fresh and tasty. I can't wait to go back.

My wife and I ate at this restaurant a few weeks ago. I had a frozen margarita and it was green - I mean BRIGHT green. While it tasted OK, I thought that the mix seems like the cheap mix I buy when I make the drink at home. In addition, I had chicken fajitas. They give you three tortillas... More

host sat us out of order to start, which didn't help start out the evening well. Food had a lot of flavor but by the time we received our food, it was cold. I'll have to give this restraunt another try, not great the first time through. I did like the hit sauce!!!

I have taken two different parties here for business lunch and found that the service has been very attentive. The food is surprising different actually. You can get the standard Mexican fare but you can also get some pretty nice seafood dishes. The salsa is very nice, seems homemade and they have several different types. We took a party of... More
