The shrimp is especially good! This place has an excellent reputation and they deserve it. The batter is light and the spices are just right! Expect a line because it is that good.

I saw a TV show featuring Mighty Cone and had to go. It's good. But once you are there, there are other food trucks from which to get things to eat. They're good, too. Don't just pick one, just go from one to the other to the other, and then go next door for the world famous purple rita

Wow what a disappointment. Since Hudson on the bend abruptly closed, the mighty come opened up in the parking lot. They have one dilapidated picnic table and a very impressive expensive food truck however it is quite obvious expensive food truck does not translate into edible food. My guess it is the same reason that Hudson's on the bend shuttered... More

Novelty meets delicious! Great food truck trailer experience. I had the monster with fried avocado, shrimp and chicken wrapped in a tortilla placed in a cone. Nice portion but not huge. The chili dusted fries tasted great. Highly recommended.

This food truck is an offshoot from Hudsen's on the Bend restaurant. Their food is divine, the sauces are unique and delicious. The Panko-dusted and lightly fried avacado tacos have a spicy and light cream sauce drizzle and served in a cone. Whenever I hit SoCo for First Thursday shopping I always grab a bite at the mighty Cone!

I ordered the cone with chicken and avocado and it was amazing. Also presented in a neat way since it's in a snow cone holder. A bit messy though so I would not recommend for a first date ;)

We were at the trail of lights and saw this amazing food truck. My husband has a BBQ trailer and we stopped to talk and possibly get food. The worker up front refused to talk to us, just stood there. When my husband went to look at the truck closer he finally talked in a rude tone "what do you... More

The Dirty Bird is a paper cone filled with a tortilla wrap stuffed with fried shrimp, fried chicken, cold slaw and ancho pepper sauce. The texture is crunchy from the fried shrimp and chicken. The slaw is cool and crispy. The sauce is hot and sweet. It is perfection at a time when it is hard to find something that... More

Get the cheese sticks, you will not regret it! They are amazingly delicious. Chicken cone also good, I would have preferred a white meat option though
