This is one of those moments where the pho craving hit so I answered it by pulling into the first pho place I came upon. Friendly staff promptly greeted me and asked if I would like any more information about their various menu items. Nope. Ordered a simple bowl of vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll. Shortly, the food... More

I have mixed feelings about this place. I ordered the tofu rice bowl and it is bland. No taste to it at all. I couldn't even finish it because it was so tasteless. I added some sweet sauce to it for flavor but just not impressed and won't be back. Maybe I should try a noodle bowl, I really want... More

...but still pretty good. The menu has changed and offers fewer options than it used to. I'm not so sure about the shrimp - they are probably farm-raised in Asia. But with that said, the chicken and beef dishes are fine.

This is pretty middle of the road Pho to my taste. Like most Pho places I've been to, the nicer and more modern it looks on the inside, the less authentic and delicious the Pho tends to be. The Pho I had was fine, but somewhat light on meat while loaded up on noodles. Can't imagine why anyone would want... More

The place smelled great as soon as we opened the door and we commented on the general cleanliness. The food did not disappoint, though not fancy, everything was fresh and really worth going back for. Would recommend for family dining or quick supper out. This was a great discovery right in our neighborhood.

Phonatic is essentially a sanitized version of the myriad pho/bun dives all over town. They are fast, efficient, provide generous helpings, and are very reasonably priced. A great lunch option.

I have had little experience with Vietnamese food, but my Son-in-law loves this place so...the staff were pleasant, food arrived quickly, and everything was by good. A good experience.

I go here often. It is very convenient when I need a small bite of something and one of the few vietnamese places here that still serves che ba mau (though they call it something else) and related vietnamese style parfaits... Which is my fav thing to get there. I have never actually ordered the Pho though.

One of several in the area, this is a sort of cafeteria, fast service place with people continually coming and going. One places and order, does the condiment counter and awaits at the table. HUGE bowls of different kinds of Pho that is very good, enough to make lunch the next day. People of all kinds, families frequent the place... More
