We attended a party to celebrate a 50 yr anniversary. There was an open bar and the food was served family style--all you could eat. It was wonderful! Had ribs, briquet, bean, potato salad, and cold slaw. The only thing I didn't east seconds of was the slaw. Wish I could say the wine or the margarita was also delicious,... More

Everyone enjoyed what they ordered starting with their delicious homemade bread with some honey butter. I had the 5 meat combo to sample it all and while they were all very good, I personally would rate my favorite taste in order as the sausage, the baby back ribs, the smoked turkey, the sliced lean brisket and the beef ribs. My... More

Perfect place for barbeque. Very rustic environment. Six of us went to eat and everyone had something different. Everyone loved the quality of their food. The ribs were so tender the meat almost feel off the bone, the brisket was tender and perfectly flavored. Chicken was moist and deliciously smoked. The only reason I gave it a four rating was... Venue is a bit rustic, but the bbq was tender, moist and delicious. Husband had lean brisket (no dryness), cut super thin. I had the pulled pork sandwich - very tender, juicy and flavorful. So glad we went!

Where do I begin? The sauce is a vinegar base and I love. The brisket is just the right balance of moisture and smoke. The potato salad is definitely worth trying. Ribs were falling off the bone. Take the time to see the river the turtles are cute and they sell food for them.

This is the best BBQ by far in Austin, local, fresh, attention to every detail and your on the beautiful lake. Save room for the bread pudding!

I visited County Line with friends for lunch. We all had different orders so we could taste everything. The barbeque ribs and sausage was very tasty. I ordered the Chicken breast, botato salad and beans. Love, Love Love the warm homemade bread. Would have been better with nice butter. It was very good. There are many things to look at... More

Found the space to be really good and inviting but starting with the middling alcohol selection (beer and bourbon), the experience was lacking for an institution. The sauce was much too sweet and cloying, almost orange-y and Korean vs. Texas BBQ. The bread was good but at that price it should be the sides. The beans were rather undercooked or... More

My husband and I visit San Antonio often and we always make a stop at County Line BBQ. I've never had bad service and everything in the menu is fantastic. Don't forget to order a loaf of bread! It's the best.

Nice place with beautiful view, good food with large quantity. The local home made bread is very good too, my favorite is the white one
