Nothing fancy but a terrific location and good Italian food. The sauce and meatballs were very good. Seems like they have a lot of regulars and not surprisingly!

Pines of Florence is one of those old neighborhood Italian restaurants that never fails to provide good comfort food in comfortable surroundings. I've gone there dozen of times with family and business colleagues. Its menu covers all the basics---salads entrees as well as pasta, meat and fish. Servings are ample, service is prompt, and presentation is excellent. The only downside... More

Three us had dinner here on Sunday. The pasta was fresh and the sauces were tasty. My bride had clams & spaghetti. I had veal francaise. Everyone enjoyed their food.

We stopped in for dinner, the décor is modest, but never tasted a décor I liked. Excellent food, very fresh, get the salad with the homemade dressing. Prices on the food and wine were very reasonable. Liked it so much we came back the next day. Really nice fresh ingredients in the soup. Staff and service friendly and quick.

Five of us found this gem after the Women's March in DC. We were VERY hungry. We loved EVERYTHING! sautéed mushrooms, fried zucchini, cheese pizza, fettuccine Alfredo, perhaps the best eggplant Parmesan ever, ravioli, pasta primavera. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. It felt very welcoming and friendly. One of the tastiest Italian restaurants I've ever visited.

Walking down the street and my brother and I both decided to follow our noses. So glad we did. Upon entering the restaurant we noticed the decor was dated. Thank god we weren't there to review their interior designer. The best restaurant at which I've eaten has sand floors, plastic chairs, graffiti on the walls, and a funky vibe (Corsairs,... More

Rude server. Older gentleman with mustache started my visit. In the middle of taking my order he turned around and walked away. When he returned l asked him if he knew what street a pharmacy was on. He said he didn't know. Instead of letting me know he would ask another employee he waved me off. Jay saw me getting... More
