I've been stopping here when in Spokane for the past four years. I love the old style of it. I've always ordered the French dip sandwich and I've never been disappointed.

Service was apathetic and slow, at noon we were given breakfast menus and had to ask for lunch menus. Food was bland but served quickly (once we actually were served). This seems like a place best suited for locals that are just want to have a cup of coffee and visit.

Our office group eats here at least once a week. They have daily specials. Daily specials include a soup and sandwich combo, a hot plate meal, maybe more. I have had their daily specials so many times I can't remember, always great. They have a full menu, and I love their chicken bacon salad. Fresh made salad dressings, just to... More

We stopped at the Buckhorn Inn Restaurant for an early dinner on New Year's Eve. We were the only ones on the restaurant side. There were half a dozen folks in the bar area. I had a wonderful prime rib dinner with a salad and baked potato. It tasted great. Portions are huge, so bring an appetite. My Dad ordered... More

There were just a half dozen of us taking advantage of the great service and good food at the Buckhorn this Friday Morning. I had the best red beer in the frostiest glass ever. A cinnamon roll baked fresh that morning from the bakery/grocery next door. My guest tried their Bloody Mary and a full on breakfast of meat and... More

Okay, there's no real diners for breakfast in Airway Heights!!! Don't know why. Plenty of places for dinner, but for breakfast it's this place or fast food (McDonalds, Carl's Jr or Zips - all would be preferable to this dump). You would think with Fairchild Air Base right here there would be lots of diners for the airmen. Guess not.... More

We stopped here because it was still serving breakfast. The service was good and they have some awesome paintings for sale. I got a half chef salad which was good. My husband got biscuits (overcooked per him) and gravy. He also got hashbrowns stated they were undercooked and his eggs were brown. If it was a little cheaper I would've... More

This is a historic, rustic building...dive restaurant with good home cooking, bar, and good old fashioned personal service. Went there to breakfast two days in a row!
