Great crew. Very helpful. Told us about some great roads to ride. Food was very good also. The view from their deck was breath taking.

You can't get a better view of the valley, I'm sure the fall is amazing and would go back just to see that. We were on a couples biker trip and this seemed like a perfect stop. I think the owner's rudeness is just part of the tourist schtick they seem compelled to portray. They have signs lined up for... More
Came to this place on a Saturday evening and it was totally empty. There were about 2 other tables with a couple of people each. Walked into the place and just get a strange look from the proprietor, no welcome or anything. Never having been there and they have seating outside we figured take a seat and a server will... More
I read the reviews about the owner and we decided to make the trip on our motorcycle to check it out. I don't know what the issues were, but the owner seemed to be a very friendly guy. We had the bacon cheeseburger and curly fries and we both thought the food was very good. We had a couple of... More
This place had great food, western decor, great staff and was a fun place. Must see all of the donated, dead cowboy boots and Boot Hill Cemetary.
The food was pretty good and home cooked by the Mrs. The owner is a great guy who is overworked...once you get to talking to him he is an awesome man. Interesting collections decorate this place inside and out. I will be back again I'm sure

Food, soup, amenities are good and the overlook is one of our favorites in Wisconsin- as is the drive down Alligator Slide (real name of... More
Summer means riding my motorcycle, and Hansen's Hold Out is a destination for the view. The food, not so much. My review describes the regular and unpleasant dealing with the owner. His demeanor is curt and disdainful. I can't remember the last time I encountered this level of deliberate scorn from a business dependent upon customer service. I'll visit again... More
