Crowded at Sunday late afternoon, especially in sunny and hot days. Nice caipirinhas, lima limão with Espírito de minas is a good choice. We ordered picanha na chapa, comes with “farofa” and “mandioca frita” serve 3+. Service is ok.

Awesome picanha! If you come here please order the picanha! It is enough for 2-3 people if you order side dishes ie. rice, fried polenta or fried manioc. Get the caipirinha or the chopp (draft beer).
Bar do Juarez is a classic place in a trendy area but with authentic brazilian food. Excellent place for 'petiscos' (fried pub food): iscas de bacallau, siri, pastels...everything was perfect. The amount was to much for me but meat is really good.

Very simple and quick stop, when no planning of an event is ahead. Good beer and food is well served. You may enjoy the simple and common life.
Bar do Juarez is a must: a classic boteco in a trendy area but with authentic brazilian food. Excellent place for a creamy beer chop and 'petiscos' (fried pub food): iscas de bacallau, siri, pastels...everything was perfect. They make their own tabasco too, must try...More
