I was there at the very end of their season (I ate there both evenings I was in Korcula, and the second evening they said this was the last night before they took five months off). The food was good, and the terrace looks out over the small square in the middle of the old.town. The service seemed good to... More

WE arrived at the restaurant in a downpour. The inside was not set for guests and they quickly rushed us to a crowded upstairs terrace corner where the wind, rain and cold was not to be avoided. People were eating in down vests and coats. The lighting was awful. It was like looking into a coleman lantern---and the chairs lean... More

I couldn't recommend this restaurant highly enough whether you have a table upstairs on the terrace or inside the restaurant . The staff are very helpful , the wine is local and good. Kitchen is spotless! We came twice and it is value for money . 3 courses plus a litre of house wine for £50 for both of us... More

Best place in Korcula! Our inn hosts made reservations, thankfully we were staying another night. We had a perfect meal on the rooftop terrace during which it started to sprinkle. No problem, crank out the amazing retractable roof. The view was lovely, the wait staff prompt, attentive, everything perfect. Altogether a very elegant evening!

We were told that Korcula has experienced heavy rainfall for the past 10 days which precluded many restaurants to open as most of their seating is outdoor. Consequently our options are somewhat limited for dinner. This restaurant was recommended in our guidebook so we decided to give it a try. Sitting upstairs on the terrace was certainly very pleasant, however,... More

That's what I was told and on my experience last night it's true. I had a beautifully prepared grilled John Dory with a simple potato side dish after some lovely Dalmatian cheese to start. House white is more than acceptable and the slivovitz is great too as a digestif. Well worth a visit. Very friendly staff as well.

As I part of a group tour, we had a one hour lunch break. So I hurried over and it was a pity I could not have had a more relaxed lunch experience. So in the interest of time, I settled for the brodet soup and the "small fried fish" or minnows. The soup was savory with pieces of fish... More

We ate in Adio Mare on the recommendation of our host and very glad we did. Its a lovely traditional restaurant in the middle of town and we sat in the upstairs covered terrace. The food was lovely and fresh and the staff are friendly. Would return here if back in Korcula!

Food was excellent - fresh, well-cooked, simple. Waiters were attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, fun .. We went for dinner, place was crowded ie had to wait for a table .. Price was reasonable. Would come back if another opportunity arise .. Setting was interesting by the cathedral... Had grilled white fish, grilled squid with greens and potato .... Complimentary delicious tuna... More
