Fantastic unique menu, home made pumpkin seed oil, house wine and just great place. In the summer this terrace has absolutely the best view and nice playground and labyrinth. Must come!

The restaurant offers a well designed interior for the colder part of the year and a terrace with a splendid view of Varazdin and the surrounding hills. The staff are fast and helpfull, the food is excellent. There is something to choose from the local specialties to mediterranean cousine or vegetarian menus, and fine local or imported wines.

This was part of our tour of Croatia and it was also one of the highlights. We had a late lunch and it was basically a private lunch for ourselves. We had great wine and food and the views were amazing. Quite a spot to have lunch/dinner.

Zlatne gorice is a beautiful place a bit away from everyday suroundings. It is on top of the hill and offers a inspiring view. The service is professional, kind and friendly. Food is, although a bit pricy for croatian standard, affordable and tastes divine. Wines are a bit soury, but that is specific for region Zagorje. I would reccomend rizling... More

Plan to go here based on the reviews. We drove there on Monday night and sadly the were closed. The sign said Monday is their break day. I was disappointed but everyone deserves a day off so it's ok. The restaurant is in a beautiful hilltop setting.

Located on a hill with the marvelous wiew on Varazdin city from the large romantic terrace. Summer breeze makes the lunch enjoyable even in a hot day. Food is deliceous (but not innovative) based on local engredients and recepied and portions are well. There are playground and labirint for kids. Prices are a bit too high considering menu but ambient... More

One of the nicest places in varazdin. It has beautiful views so make sure to visit it when the weather is nice and sunny. Food is ok, authentic for this part of the country. What I like the most about this place is that they are using seasonal ingredients. Nice wine card also.

It's a nice place with a great view on the surrounding hills and the city of Varaždin. A restaurant and a wine cellar. Food is excellent but wine is the issue, specially their own sparkling wine (white and rose). The cuisine is regional continental and seasonal. Excellent price quality ratio. Don't miss the visit to their wine cellar. Additionally they... More

Well, went on a Business trip varazdin and they took me to this place which is not that near the City itself, but was well Worth a trip. Nice setting, with vineyard and all, a lot of really very good food - soup was a bit to salty, but the meat we got on something that was like their mixed... More
