Good service, nice atmosphere over the water but my pad Thai was ok only, a bit bland and sticky. Shakes were good.

Nice place by the sea. Cats lying under the tables, layback feeling. I ate fried noodle with seafood. Quite Bug portion. Good too. My daughter took a chicken burger with french fries. Liked Oy a lot! Ice Cream and ice coffee for dessert. 10 points. The waitresses had no hurry. In Europe I would have stressed about this, but hey,... More
i first went to Catfish 7 years ago, a friend and i shared several Thai entrees; i recall it was quite tasty, every item (although don't remember exactly what we ate)- just recently revisited it at behest of my next door neighbors, who wanted some take-away orders- since one ordered falafel, i was intrigued and also ordered it- and i... Nice touch with the bookstore in front and the restaurant facing towards the sea. But all the cats hanging around in the bookstore and restaurant... Not that charming, really. The food was OK, the staff was OK, but not a "must-go" place unless you're seriously into cats. Then this is the place for you.
This place is by far my favourite restaurant of all in Saladan! They have lots of really tasty vegetarian options (even falafel and hummus!) on their menu, and for a good price. Service is quick and good when you sit down and order, but once you get the food and wants to get their attention again (like order more yummie... More
Went in the restaurant and the staff was sat down and left us to choose a table. I thought it was odd because usually they guide you and have a smile on their face? Anyhow we sat down and ordered two dishes. I got mine promptly but my partner was waiting a long time. The staff all was sat down... More
This has been our favourite place for two years. Lovely place, a small bookshop in front and a very nice restaurant behind. Situated in Saladan pier, good view. Nice menu, many choises, Thai and western dishes available. Also many vegetarian and vegan options. Falafels with pita or tortillas and hummus was very tasty. Also thai dishes are good. And the... We have been here several times and our favourites are the falafel plate for dinner and the sandwiches/baugettes for breakfast or lunch, The shakes, especially the mango shake, are also really good. A big plus for all cute cats and the good location by the sea in Saladan.
Something different set along the pier - lovely, quaint bookshop with 8 friendly cats leading to the restaurant at the back. Nice to see different options on the menu. I am a vegetarian and it was the first time I'd seen falafel in Thailand - I can recommend that with the salad, humus and pita! My boyfriend had the chicken... More
