Ordered the famous Yazd meatballs and an eggplant dish. Meatballs were very tasty, but at close to €10 rather expensive!! Eggplant was tasty and not too oily. You pay a premium for the setting which is very nice.

We went there for a visit. It was in Yazd Bazaar with A traditional building. We tried a traditional food and it was ok. The roof was not so wide but it was panoramic. We couldn't visit the luxury rooms of the hotel cause they were not empty. The Location is close to Amirchakhmagh square and historical sites. It was like... More

quite a challenge to find this through the bazaar but rewarded with lovely atmospheric space, with both traditional beds and western tables and chairs. We were a group of twenty so we had buffet selection. Usual salad was uninspiring, there was no veggie option except mushrooms and peppers from the buffet vegetables, the bread was not the freshest - altogether... More

We had drink and food here. But the biggest plus is the nice atmosphere and cool in more than 40 degree yazd. There is a sign on the road where you have to walk in to the bazaar. Rooftop gives a view of yazd.

Many of the items on the menu were not available when we visited so I ended up having kebabs. As a staple of Iranian cuising these are hard to get wrong and mine were delicious. But the service was disapointing with our waiter not knowing what was available, and having to negotiate for everything, including to get some fruit juice.

Buffet food is never excellent, and usually not as interesting as it looks. So breakfast was ok, and it's not the fault of the hotel that a little boy was walking through the courtyard shooting his electronic toy gun off continuously. Had I been in my own country I would have said something to the parents, but I wasn't so... More

It is one the most beautiful historical house in the heart of a traditional Bazar called Panje-Ali. The food is satisfactory and the courtyard where you will have food or drink is marvelous!

Malek o Tajjar is a traditional house in the middle of a bazaar complex, that is very unassuming from the outside. But once inside, it was very traditional, spacious and well maintained. I had a little room on the top floor, with a spotless bathroom. Wifi was spotty at times, but was free. There are wind towers on the terrace,... More
