We went here after reading reviews expecting a half decent meal, but were actually blown away by how good the food was. Shared the chicken madras on two occasions (with chapati this was definitely enough/money saving) and it was really good. On our third night...More

Not the usual backpackers budget (meals around 25-35 soles), but absolutely worth any penny. Great dishes (loved the green thai curry and the Buritu), great service and in general - a great dining option in Huaraz :)

Ate here once expecting to have our curry fix and were left sadly disappointed. Curries lacked flavour and any kick. not worth the visit better off waiting for real Thai and Indian food, elsewhere.

You should eat in this restaurant if you are in Hauaraz. Great food, very nice atmosphere. I order the green carry - it was delicious.

Something quite different from the other European/US run restaurants in Huaraz, Chilli Heaven cooks up baltihouse curries, burritos, fajitas and Thai food to the best of the available ingredients. A little more costly than most of the fayre in Huaraz, but if you crave a...More

Went here twice while staying in Huaraz. Good, spice Thai and Indian curries. Burritos were great too. The mango juice was very good and definitely fresh. Great place for the food. However, the table cover looked like it had not been washed in a long...More

I got the rogan curry which was definitely nice but by no means excellent. A bit on the expensive side

If you like Thai or Indian, this is probably the best place in Huaraz. Super delicious food, and free tea from 10am-4pm!

We know the owners daughter that's why we came but holy crap the food and the whole experience was amazing, so glad we came. The green curry prawns just blew my mind, I was enjoying it so much that a guy from the next table...More

The food is fantastic - we went to Chilli Heaven 3 times while in Huaraz. The Rogan Josh is delicious and the fajitas are to die for. However, every single time we went to the restaurant they were out of something - twice they didn't...More

Whether you send your appetite to India or Thailand, the fiery curries at this English-run hotspot will seize your taste buds upon arrival, mercilessly shake them up and then spit them back out the other side as if you've died and gone to chili heaven (hence the name). They also bottle their own hot sauces here and bring in loads of beers you don't often see. Critical comida peruana antidote.
