What more do you need really? Also a great place to people watch and use wifi. My friend and I went twice and enjoyed both times.

Trivio has a nice and a large variety of plates for lunch and dinner. We were in a large group and all satisfied with our own dishes. The pasta with lagostins or bolognesa was a hit. I had the quinoa soup with chicken a bit oily but still flavorful.

I just visited this restaurant this morning with my best friend for breakfast. The pancakes with honey are really delicious! They have good coffee and scrambled eggs (all together for 15 soles). The service was very friendly and fast. There are some tables outside so you can enjoy the sun and have a good start in the day! But attention!... More

Exquisite ice cream made of Peruvian local fruits. Delicious taste and amazing price! I was walking around the main square and found Trivio by chance. I loved the service and the place. Good place for a quiet time and a good meal.

Just finished eating here. We ordered two different dishes of pasta. Waited for more than half an hour for the food, only for the waiter to tell me: "We made you a lasagna (not what I ordered). You can have it now, or wait 15 more minutes for the one you ordered". Well... I was hungry and impatient so I... More

I visited here with a group after we did the Huayhuash circuit so this was luxury treat after 8 days of camping. This place delivered with nice food and drinks. There is quick WiFi and a good ambiance. The staff were nice as well.

A great menu with options for everyone. We had a large group and had good service the entire meal. You have to try the pisco sour!

We came here twice for a lunch menu for 10 soles. You can choose from 2 entrys, 3 mains and get a small dessert and refresco. Both times it was really delicious. The service was good although one time we ordered ají which never made it to our table... but that happens. What would be great though is more sauce... More

Description
Welcome to Trivio, Resto-bar Sierra Andina! The name ‘TRIVIO’ comes from the Latin word ‘Trivium’ which means ‘the confluence of three trails’. It was at these confluences or ‘Triviums’, that people would stop on the way to work and chat with their friends about life, love and news of the day. From these interactions at the Trivium came the word ‘Trivial’.TRIVIO Resto-bar Sierra Andina is also a junction of three trails – we have our own locally brewed craft beer – Sierra Andina, we also have our own line of organic coffee ShuQush from the Chachapoyas area and of course the great food from the renown Mi Chef kitchen where we prepare fresh delicious food using as many organic locally grown products as we can; many of which come from our own organic farm.Like the Triviums of history, we hope that our Trivio will be a place where you too can stop, take a load off, catch up with friends and enjoy some well prepared food and drinks.
