We loved this place, came back a few times over our 3 day stay in Huaraz. Food is really good, draft beer is great and all reasonably priced! The staff are also very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

An assortment of excellent local brews along with draft beer from other Peruvian breweries. More of the same in bottles also available. Reasonable prices by USA standards. Filtered water provided gratis (to replace that lost through alcohol induced diuresis!) Friendly outgoing staff. Visited twice. Clean...More

Beer is amazing in this place but don't expect a good service. The girl who took our order came back after 40 minutes asking if we wanted to order some food... Ps. It takes 10 minutes to get your beer while there are 4 waiters...More

We went to Trivio Resto Bar because it was recommended to us for the craft beers (bottled or on tap) that they served. If the beers and appetizers are good, we were a little bit disappointed by the burger (which was dry). Another day, we...More

This place was great! It’s a little tricky to find (in a plaza behind the street) but worth the walk - delicious food. I got a veggie burger which was pretty good, and my partner got some incredible trout. Four stars because they only had...More

Description
Welcome to Trivio, Resto-bar Sierra Andina! The name ‘TRIVIO’ comes from the Latin word ‘Trivium’ which means ‘the confluence of three trails’. It was at these confluences or ‘Triviums’, that people would stop on the way to work and chat with their friends about life, love and news of the day. From these interactions at the Trivium came the word ‘Trivial’.TRIVIO Resto-bar Sierra Andina is also a junction of three trails – we have our own locally brewed craft beer – Sierra Andina, we also have our own line of organic coffee ShuQush from the Chachapoyas area and of course the great food from the renown Mi Chef kitchen where we prepare fresh delicious food using as many organic locally grown products as we can; many of which come from our own organic farm.Like the Triviums of history, we hope that our Trivio will be a place where you too can stop, take a load off, catch up with friends and enjoy some well prepared food and drinks.
