A great menu with options for everyone. We had a large group and had good service the entire meal. You have to try the pisco sour!

We came here twice for a lunch menu for 10 soles. You can choose from 2 entrys, 3 mains and get a small dessert and refresco. Both times it was really delicious. The service was good although one time we ordered ají which never made it to our table... but that happens. What would be great though is more sauce... More

We had a great dinner at Trivio! The place has a really comfortable atmosphere and the food was fantastic! I can definitely recommend the ensalada de lomo! The plate's size was huge and it was so delicious and fresh!

Trivio is one of my favorite spots in Huaraz. Always with healthy and delicious options, plus one of the best organic coffees in town. They also carry a local artesanal beer, really good. The service and people working there is lovely. Always a good option.

A bit of a disaster. Not a big one but.. The maracuyá sour was okay without being spectacular. Asking for a grilled meat "Medium" is always a bit of a gamble, I know. But this time it turned out to be very tough, over done, with black edges. A bit dire. I left half. Was it edible if you were... More

Good service, the food is expensive and not so good. The Aji de gallina is so simple. Is clean. Did not met my expectations.

Great central location, easy to grab great meal while checking out numerous trekking outfits. Apart from having very friendly attentive staff, many delicious menu choices, comfortable ambience, and fair pricing, this is place where you have a chance to meet many travelers from all over as well as knowledgeable and friendly locals.

If you are a pasta lover try the lasagna BOMB, uses local cheese and meat. Everything in the menu is good. They also offer cheaper options w the special 10 soles or 12 real good options too for a budget. They have peruvian craft beer and good coffee!!

Visiting Trivio is a must if you are in Huaraz. Best and freshest food in town, by far the best coffee and amazing staff. It's a place, where you can always meet people, if foreigners or locals and you will never regret coming here. The only danger would be, not wanting to leave ;-)

Thank Julia W

Welcome to Trivio, Resto-bar Sierra Andina! The name ‘TRIVIO’ comes from the Latin word ‘Trivium’ which means ‘the confluence of three trails’. It was at these confluences or ‘Triviums’, that people would stop on the way to work and chat with their friends about life, love and news of the day. From these interactions at the Trivium came the word ‘Trivial’.TRIVIO Resto-bar Sierra Andina is also a junction of three trails – we have our own locally brewed craft beer – Sierra Andina, we also have our own line of organic coffee ShuQush from the Chachapoyas area and of course the great food from the renown Mi Chef kitchen where we prepare fresh delicious food using as many organic locally grown products as we can; many of which come from our own organic farm.Like the Triviums of history, we hope that our Trivio will be a place where you too can stop, take a load off, catch up with friends and enjoy some well prepared food and drinks.
