Superb restaurant located at JW Marriott Aerocity, Delhi. Had a 7 course lunch at this superb Japanese restaurant. Very well looked after by Vkadimir Villarba and the whe team. Will definitely be going back!

All of the dishes we ordered were made with the taste of Japanese cuisine but elevated to enhance the authentic flavors. From the light crisp batter of the vegetable tempura and Daikon dipping sauce to the amazing kale salad with the truffle and oil dressing,...every bite, delicious. We really wanted shrimp tempura as well, which was not listed on the menu but they accommodated us without hesitation. Truly a treat here in Delhi.More

The food was top quality. Lived in Japan and the service was the equivalent of being back to my old home. Chandra our server was able to accommodate my request for an item that wasn’t on the menu. Fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared.

Was on business travel and while I love Indian cuisine I thought I’d choose Japanese that evening. Came across Adrift Kaya and was seated at the counter. The moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by Shivam Malik — incredible guide and server. Shivam is personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about every part of the menu. He is clearly charming and bright and made our whole evening unforgettable. This restaurant delivers on...all fronts – every single dish was superbly prepared, and beautifully plated. I am staying at the JW Marriott, and when I read that the menu was designed by Michelin chef David Myers, I was excited to try. My Indian parents do NOT like sushi/Japanese/fish at ALL, so I was a bit tentative, but dish after dish, they were won over. Truffle gyoza was a favorite dish. Usually I think “Non-alcoholic cocktails” are kind of a scam to charge expensive prices for drinks without any liquor, but these were incredibly delicious – excellent flavor combinations– they warrant the price! I’ll probably try to make an amateur version of them at home. We were stuff by the time dessert came, but still tried the burnt cheesecake and chocolate dessert w salted caramel ice cream. Everyone left satiated and in a euphoric mood.More
