This is a nice concept however it feels like a scam when raining. There is a set of 34 activities advertise at the entrance so they explained that because of the raining the horse, camel and elephant riding is not happening. So we agreed to...pay full entrance fee (INR 800 pp) as we assume everything else was happening. Well surprisingly most of the shows are off because of the rain and lack. Just to mention one example, the puppet master asked us for money/tips if we want to see the show. They also charge you for skills games and snacks. In the restaurant there is only tea and water but not any other soft drinks of coffee. I think there is a lack of honestly here. They should charge half price or basically explain and be truthful with the situation. The manager is also useless and lack of hospitality skills. They have really ruined our day.More

Great ambience, many crafts of India in one place, clean Food good quality but they make veg and non veg members of same family sit in different place. The very concept of sitting together and making memories while eating goes out of window due to...separation. I believe that management remain worried that low cost thali (veg) and high cost thali (non veg) will share and they will lose profit. Left with bad taste in mouth due to this very reason otherwise alright place.More

A great place to have a great experiences of traditional Rajasthani culture mixed with all modern amenities. Inside activities and different shows are very popular . Many animal rides are available with very competitive prices. Ultimately one shopping centre having different varieties of dresses and...other things are available for window shopping.More

They charge you a minimum of Rs.800 and treat you like dogs. This should become a case study in B-schools for mismanagement. The whole concept was structured around hospitality and warmth which is no longer the case. Dinner is now served in the open and...is self-service and since it was raining, everyone was running around to find shade including 3 yr old kids and 65+ senior citizens. When asked for help from the non-existent waiters, the answer was we were not assigned to this table, please help yourself. Food was being served to guests who either paid extra cash to waiters on the table and everybody else was just in line to get their food. There were instances where people were also pushing and shouting at each other who were getting in between the line to get food. It seriously looked like a refugee camp where even after paying more than Rs. 5000, I had to fight to get my dinner done. There were families who had a fight with the management because took a refund because they could not eat dinner. Do yourself a justice, go to a 5 star hotel in Jaipur and have dinner. Chokhi Dhani is done and dusted for me now!!More

They charged Rs 800 for adults and children above 3.5ft for Rajasthani cuisine. After paying such a high amount, one has to still pay separately for each activity like an elephant, camel, horse cart ride, and games activities. Further, the food is very spicy and...not for children. When all the food is finished, then they provide papad, so the service is also very slow. The taste was average. My 7-year-old daughter was not able to take a single bite. Moreover for such a high charge, they are not even providing ac for dinner hall, one has to be sit in hot and do the dinner. Worst experience ever had for such an amount.More

I went with my family and took my sister's in laws family... on 31st july.hoping to enjoy time. It was very very crowded. Whole area was dark. Rude staff... It felt like they filled it with lot and lots of people to earn money... There...was a waiting everywhere. We did not get time to do any activity.. just had dinner only. Staff was super rude.. I would definitely not taking anyone there. Worst 12000 rupees spent and waste of time and I felt embarrassment. They are insulting and making bad name of my Rajasthani culture.More

This place is out of city and took us 1 hour to reach there. The entrance charges are 800 onwards. Most of the activities are free but the people working there expect tips. They have camel elephant and horse ride there which we personally think...that should be stopped. Camel looks so tired .More

We had been to Chokidani in Mumbai sometime back (before Covid time) and had a wonderful experience. So when it was Jaipur visit, we were very excited, thinking it will be more authentic and joyous. As we entered (Jul’22), ladies welcomed with tilak in one...hand and begging from other hand. Everywhere we could see messages on not to pay tips but every one would look into your eyes and say RamRam RamRam indicating the expectation on tips. As we walked we found food items (chats and others) kept not so clean. All the walk ways were poorly lit. We went to the Vaishnodevi Mandhir side, the short bridge was full of water mixed with mud. The lake was dirty and the area was stinking. When we went to dinner it was another experience, not so good. The whole area was poorly lit. In open space with very poor lights, we won’t even know if any insects would lie on food. Servers were simply throwing/pouring food on plates and people were wasting food. Even when we said enough, they insisted and dropped more food. If wasting food is called as personal care, I request them to rethink. We could see many people commenting about wastage. Then you find servers saying RamRam and people gave tips. We could also see some staff at ticket counters and food entrance area, mechanically doing their job without even a smile. Strange. Chokidani has built a strong brand name for themselves and now we sincerely hope they don’t go in the direction of taking their customers for granted.More

Even after paying 800 rupees, you are not treated well. The staff treats you like you have paid no money. Anything you avail after paying the ticket is chargeable. No hospitality. We complained about food being not good at all, and no body took any...action. They just said Ram Ram Sa and left. Food was utterly non-delicious. It's better to eat at a restaurant if you want to try Rajasthani cuisine. They served the worst Rajasthani food ever with the topping of mosquitos. I wouldn't suggest anyone to visit Chokhi Dhani ever in their life. They hardly care about guests. They just want their tickets to be sold. Shame on Management and owners of Chokhi Dhani.More

Choki Dhani is an interesting place. Best to take your kids but fun enough for anyone. I went there alone but the place was fascinating enough for me to be able to spend 4 hours. The cultural events start around 6:30 pm followed by traditional...dinner. There a lot happening once the programs start. Every corner something is happening so make sure you checkout every place. They provide free drinking water out of a big vessel. The dinner was an experience. Make sure you don’t have heavy lunch before going to Choki Dhani. The food was good but the best part was the servers who delighted everyone. If there is something you don’t want, you have to be firm otherwise they somehow slip it on your plate. The experience was unforgettable and the best part, the performers are very camera friendly and helps you take good photos.More
