If you compare it to the Ginseng at other location, you might feel a bit left out as the standard of the service is not up to the mark. Ginseng is known for its Yummy Chinese and Thai cuisine but here we found it substandard. Make a wiser choice guys.

Arrogant staff, in restaurant also we had call ten times for a single order. not upto mark, General Manager of the hotel is unaware of wats happing unable to answer queries of clients. General Manager has the attitude like take it or leave it. he is not bothered of clients.

Food is quite good with good value for money, service of mr rawat is always appreciated as he manages to customize our dishes as per our taste and liking..pan fried noodles in Cantonese sauce with Thai wok chicken is a great combination. Their dimsums are excellent .

I have eaten at Royal Orchid Ginseng in Bangalore, where the food and service were high in standards. With same expectation, I opted to have dinner at Ginseng Jaipur located in Royal orchid central hotel. Unfortunately the terrace seating was undergoing renovation. We went to their first floor restaurant adjacent to pinxx. Sad to say, the food and service are... More

There is no doubt that this is the finest East Asian restaurant in Jaipur. Though we loved the food but have mixed emotions on the place largely due to the service and ambience. The restaurant is in Royal Orchid and is too small to be called a restaurant in fact. It can hardly accomodate 20-25 people. They have managed to... More

Ginseng offers good food at reasonable prices. Their Thai green curry is good. Restaurant has limited seating so its good to book in advance.

we eat here often and it is one of our favourite restaurants in Jaipur. located close to the railway station but very far from our residence. we love their thai wok chicken and pan fried noodles in cantonese sauce and they are a staple of our order here. most of the other dishes in the menu too are well made..so... If you want to eat chinese or indian food. this is the place, it is no doubt expensive, but the food is amazing. Order for chinese food. Very nicely made and excellent service. We are new to Jaipur and we love to eat out. One Sunday,we were craving for authentic Chinese, we looked up the internet but did not find anything worth trying so we zeroed in two restaurants and decided to try with their soups and if we liked them, we'd order main course. Our first was Ginseng and thank god for... More
