Local fares found here is really just "so so". None of the stalls stands out. At night there are 2 stalls selling deep fried fritters and char Kway Teow along the corridor.

Within walking distance to The Shore, where I stayed. Good food. Nice place to have breakfast and lunch.

You can expect long queues, and of course people standing around you, watching you eatig and waiting for you to finish your meal quickly. Best time to go after 2 pm, but then the food would already been sold out.

Should have try some famous Chinese noodle here. Besides the store is desert store - red bean soup, green bean soup, long gan soup. Chinese cakes store. Wow! Remind my childhood memories.

Walking distance from "the shore". The food and coffee taste average and the cafe is quite pack on the weekend. The cafe sells wanton noodles, yong tou fu, kaya toasts and dumplings.
