Delicious Nonya food at Kocik! Reminds me of my mother's home cooked food. Cosy place to dine with family or friends. Very friendly staff and affordable price. Must try!

We were there at the right timing as it wasn't full yet. The owner runs the place and friendly enough to explain what is suitable for us to other. Since we are on a Jalan Jalan Cari Makan trip, we decided to order light foods to nibble on. Food were cooked to order, tasted fresh. Place is air conditioned therefore... More

Came here for dinner and to our expectation, the nyonya food is awesome. The Asam fish is a must order, their cincalok omelette is also very good. Very appetizing dinner. Their drinks are good too. Highly recommended to travellers.

Had lunch there with friends. Had the assam Laksa, which was good. The gravy was very good, great consistency. The peti peti starters were ok. The lobak was very good. only disappointment was the cendol. Need to be served in a bigger bowl. And the ingredients juts missed the mark. Otherwise a good place for lunch in the Jonker street... Kocik Kitchen is without a doubt the best place to have Nyonya dishes and this place was recommended to me by a good trishaw rider yesterday. So I'm glad that I came anyways.

We had a asam fish, chicken curry, wu Xian and otah combo and a vege. I like the asam fish the most. And the portion was quite big. The wu xian was very nice too but I don't really appreciate the otah. The chicken curry was quite nice as the meat was quite soft. All in all, the food was... More

Kocik Kitchen is exactly how a Nonya Restaurant should be. Great tasting food set in a place full of character, and most importantly, they hv good personal service. Here, you feel like you are eating at someone's home rather than at a restaurant. The staff even took time to chat with us and explained the details of the ingredients. The... More

About the best nyonya food we had in Melaka. Kapitan chicken and a stand out 4 corner Beans dish. Deceptively large place we had walked past a dozen times not knowing of the multiple rooms inside. Service was friendly and efficient.

We came across this restaurant while visiting Jonker Street on a Friday night. We are delighted to have chosen this restaurant because the food is tasty and well prepared. We have ordered ayam buah keluak, cincalok egg, fish maw soup and otak otak. None of them disappoint us. Throughout our dinner, we were well served by the proprietor and a... More

I've tried a few Peranakan restaurants around Jonker and Kocik is the best option among the Peranakan restaurants in the area. However, when compared to other Peranakan restaurants in the rest of Malacca, Kocik can be considered average. You can find better Peranakan restaurants elsewhere in Malacca. If you're around Jonker and crave for Peranakan food, Kocik is your best... More
