I really don't care much for Italian, but I love this place! Everything I have ever had here has been delicious.

My husband and I were staying at a hotel in Pelham last year and the lady at the front desk recommended a couple of restaurants to try during our stay, one of which was Nino's. We ordered in that night and had their New York style pizza. That was the best pizza my husband and I have ever had!! I... More

I found the food really good and priced reasonable. You have to order at the counter, find a place to sit and then they bring food to you. I had laganiaz and a side salad, which they kept in a cooler at the counter, I found that disappointing. All in all food was really good.

My husband and I drove 11.5 hrs from south Florida to Pelham AB and were looking for a local restaurant. The Best Western suggested Nino's and we weren't disappointed. It isn't fancy and you have to order at the counter but the food was excellent. I had the hot Italian sausage with onions and peppers and my husband had the... More

I cannot say enough good about this restaurant. Yesterday was my third visit here and the food is always amazing. This is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. The food is excellent along with the customer service. Everything is homemade and you can definitely tell thet care about their customers! I highly recommend this place if you are craving... More

After traveling over 400 miles and checking into our hotel we decided to see what options we had for dinner. Our hotel desk person suggested stopping here. It was a good choice. You order your meal at the counter, they give you a number, and then they deliver the food to your table. Our food was delicious and the service... More

Never a dull bite! My children are very picky eaters and they will dislike anything if there's a vegetable involved. At Nino's they love the spinach manicotti and don't mind that marinara is made from tomatoes. Every dish I've had is worth the visit. The atmosphere is also very comfortable.

the food was ok but we were surprised with the 18 % addition to our bill. First off you order your food standing at a cashier by the front door then you serve your own drinks so it has a kind of fast food feel , however the prices reflect more of a sit down restaurant with waiters? On top... More

The two dishes we had were absolutely delicious. I had spinach manacotti and my wife ordered a shrimp calzone that the owner prepared especially for her. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and the friendly service we received. It was great that the owner followed up and made sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be repeat customers.

If your in Pelham, Alabama (Oak Mountain area) you must eat here. The Italian food is great! It's not that fancy of a place. You order, pay first, seat yourself and get your own drinks, but the server's bring your food out and tend to you. The owner, Walter, comes around and talks to you. Walter a true New Yorker... More
