Great place for a meat and three. Never had a bad meal here. You can choose from about 5 different kinds of meat and about 10 or more vegetables. The staff is always nice and pleasant. Depending on what you get, the cost is usually around $10 with a drink. They close around 2 pm.

This is a very good meat and vegetable cafeteria style of restaurant. The food is consistently very good and the prices are very reasonable. Be careful of the deserts, they are just too good.

This restaurant is back on the upswing. More food variety, bigger servings, nice meat selections, and excellent service. It had slipped a couple of years ago, but apparently someone new has taken over management and food prep and it really shows. Up on par now with Paw Paw Patch in Homewood, and smaller, but close to Niki's West in North... More

I was about to get the Pastitsio, which I love, until Rick ordered the snapper. It was huge, fried, hot and delicious. You'll always find Nick behind the steam table. Not only do they serve great food with wide variety but it's good for you. I think I counted 8 sides, including green beans, mashed potatoes, squash casserole, turnip greens,... More

Buffet service, cafeteria style...We were there for Father's Day lunch. There were 4 or 5 meats to choose from and probably 8 to 10 vegetables, with a choice of roll or corn bread. Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was good on drink refills.

We LOVE dining at Sarris Cafe and have lunch there about once a week. The food is served cafeteria style. They always have a great selection of fish and meats, salads, desserts and veggies. I really love their fried snapper, big enough for two meals, always perfectly prepared... as is the yellow squash casserole. Everything they serve is outstanding -... More

We had a doctor's appointment and was really stressed for time and didn't want just a burger. Service was excellent, Everyone was busy but friendly. We was in and out in no time. We will certainly go back. Wish this had been in Pelham when I lived in Vestavia and Alabaster.

Sarris is our favorite lunch restaurant in the area. It is only open for lunch and therefore is often crowded, but the service is always great. The menu selection changes daily and usually includes fish, beef, chicken and pork entrees along with a large selection of southern style vegetables. I almost always order fish, either fried snapper, fried catfish, or... More

Arrived at 1:30pm for lunch. Many items already gone, however, person behind the food line was very nice. I had a vegetable plate with 3 vegetables, 2 items were ok, and the whipped potatoes were cold. When the cashier asks me about my meal, I told her the potatoes were cold. She did not make any comments - no concern.... More
