While in Prattville on business I decided to do dinner at Jim N Nicks. Nice atmosphere, very clean and had a great crowd. Ordered the BBQ Plate and was disappointed by the meal itself. BBQ was not as tasty as I had heard and vegetables...More

We gave this restaurant a go as it was close by where we were staying and seemed to be fairly popular. After lining up for 20 minutes or so we were seated. Like the others in the line we were wondering why we were all...More

We have stopped here three times now on our travels. Great brisket & side dishes. Friendly & attentive staff. Small outdoor seating area that we enjoy after being in the car for a long time.

I tried the two meat combo plate. Ribs and brisket. Both of which was dry and over cooked. The bbq corn was very good. I had a side salad buttermilk ranch dressing and it was good. I can’t say I recommend Jim n Nicks.

The food here is good though the portions are a little small for the price. Also, it takes a very long time to get your food. I only go when I have time to wait.

We stopped here for lunch from Florida. Glad we did. The food was fantastic. The Carolina BBQ disolved as soon as you are it. My wife got the half a chicken and she loved it as well. Our server was great as well.

We stopped at Jim & Nick’s in Plattville off I-65 on our way from Nashville to Dothan, AL. Our second visit and still the best smoked brisket I know of. Corn bread biscuits are worthy of your time as well.
