This bar's view is great and cocktail tasted good, with so many kind. Had a well experience last few month ago, will visit here again in near future. Hope can be maintained as well as before, cheers!

Actually to be a sky bar there is a lack of view at Hyat's Cload 9. It's a really nice bar with great decor but the windows are quite small for a great view. Little bit too dimly lit even in the afternoon when they open at 1700. But on the other hand perfect for a secret meeting. The service... More

Great food on the 87th floor of the Grand Hyatt hotel. I visited here on business in 2007, and always said I would come back with my wife. This we did this year and I am so happy that we did. Absolutely fabulous views across the river and over Shanghai. A window table is a must.

Great view of the evening skyline of LuJiaZui district. After so many years, the atmosphere is still hip and trendy. Not suitable for large groups, its more romantic and intimate atmosphere. However, it goes down hill from here, mainly the service and the staff, not too customer oriented. I don't know why, the staff has to put on this attitude... More

We went to the bar to see the sunset. We had reserved a table at the window in advance. It was not easy to find the bar in the first place (no one in the lobby seemed to be interested to ask as if we would need any help, or to even greet us). As we finally made it to... More

Located in the Jin Mao Tower, above Grand Hyatt, at the 87th floor it offers great views of the city skyline (try to visit on a clear day, the smog can get in the way of some great photos). Cloud 9 is a good alternative to the other, a bit more pricey, alternatives like Oriental Pearl Tower or Shanghai Financial... More

I was informed at entry that because I was not a hotel guest there is a RMB100 minimum charge per person. Fair enough. First thing I noticed was the lack of view (ok, the smog is not the fault of the hotel) and the smell of cigarette smoke. I asked for a non-smoking table and was told there was no... More

Me and my friend went there couple days ago.. The view was stunning. We were lucky that the weather was very nice that day. But the negative part of this place is the waitress was so rude. We arrived at about 9.30pm, and we requested to have a window seat, but was denied. We understand the situation because they are... More

Staying in Lujiazui

Neighbourhood Profile
When people speak of Shanghai’s futuristic skyline, it’s the financial district of Luiazui they are speaking of. Shanghai’s most iconic buildings are located in close proximity to Lujiazui’s elevated ring road and swanky eateries. Sky-high shopping and chic bars fill the highrises around the area. As is characteristic of a world-class financial business district, some of Shanghai’s best malls and hotels can be found in the neighborhood. While everyone on the famous Bund side of the river gazes in awe at these amazing structures, all the buildings here, as well as Lujiazui’s riverside promenade, offer great views of the historic buildings all along the Puxi side. The Lujiazui park often hosts music festivals throughout the year, and park goers can party and stroll in the shadow of some of the world’s tallest buildings.
