I would not say that this was the best Peking Duck ever, but very close. Also the Shanghai crab dumplings and the Fish soup were delicious. Only the place is a little run down and not necessarily what you expect in a Hyatt.

I hate writing bad reviews but this was the worst duck I've ever had. Greasy and quite flavorless without the sweet sauce it's served with. Not to mention the ventilation is horrible and you leave smelling like you've been cooking on the line. They might...More

Very good chinese restaurant in what I imagine to be the breakfast room of the Hyatt on the Bund Hotel. If it's not then it certainly feels like it. Nothing bad or wrong with it but not what I was expecting. I like buzzy and...More

It varies daily. I believe sometimes if they are not busy they will close early. We went on 2 different occasions...one time it was 9:30 pm and the other time it was 10:15 pm. Both times they were very accommodating.
