Nothing spectacular, but worth a visit. Good variety. Accommodating for the kids. Food was well prepared and served promptly.

We were at Marie's in August 2016. Marie and the staff made us feel right at home. The food was great and the prices were very affordable. Great place to relax for lunch or supper.
Kept going back to try different items on the menu and was never disappointed. You get it the way you asked for it. Steaks or chicken wings always done right.
We went to Marie`s for dinner and really enjoyed the live music. The food was decent, the drinks were fine and the service was friendly and pretty quick. I`d give it 3.5 stars if that were possible. The food isn`t anything too spectacular, and there are no views. But the band was great.
I ate both lunch and dinner here. Not bad at all and the prices were pretty good. A little better pricing than at the resort. Lunch offerings were much more varied than at the Flamingo.
What wonderful bar and restaurant, food for every appetite and the drink are fantastic. there is live music that was great and the staff was very friendly and kind. This is must place to good several times. We could see this wonderful tropical looking bar and restaurant from our condo. There was dancing, young and elderly folks. This is definitely... More
I had greater expectations for this restaurant based on other reviews. The fish was good, but the preparation was rather simple. My wife had the chicken soup which was good, but not remarkable. This is a nice option in Playa Flamingo, but I preferred Coco Loco if you have to make a choice.
Choices for eating out in Playa Flamingo are plentiful but what's served tends to be mediocre at best. Marie's in a good example of this. Good menu raises expectations but the dishes I had were all just blah. The place feels very much stuck in the 1970s.
Great breakfast menu. I had the waffles and they were huge with lots of fruit. Service was a little slow but you can't complain when you are in paradise. Would recommend if you want to go off resort for breakfast.
