We went here for lunch today. The waitress was very indifferent to serving us. I asked what drinks she had and she said beer, pop... I asked if there were mixed blender drinks and she said no. Then I see on the board Pina Coladas. So I asked if she had those and she says yes. Why not tell me... More

This is the only restaurant located on Playa Arrecife, serving typical local dishes. We watched as fishermen delivered their catch straight from their boat to the kitchen. The operating hours are inconsistent. Sometimes they're open and sometimes they're not.

Great service and great food with large potions. They make a Yuca babito like a croquette made with cassava. Went back twice and when I got home we remade these tasty tasty snacks❤️

We did not hear very good thngs about this restaurang, but that was because the people we were talking to didn't know that there is a new owner since a couple of month ago. We ate there several times during our stay in Punta Uva and the food was always good as well as that extra touch at the service.

I had rice and beans with fish caribean style. It was very tasty. If you are at Playa Uva it's a great stop for lunch. Be aware that it takes a very long time for them to prepare the food. If you're just biking by and want to make a quick stop for a bite, this is not the best... More

The food here was pretty good. it wasn't super memorable, but was still good. The bill for lunch (2 plates and 4 beers) was around 50 USD. Steep for the Caribbean. Especially for a beach bar type place.

Awesome beach bar and restaurant we found a couple of years ago for ice cold beer. The fish tacos are simple but amazing, served with a dill sauce and fries. Ask for their home made hot sauce if it isn't already on the table. I'm not one for spicy but it's a must in my opinion as it has wonderful... More

This place was very close to our lodge and right on our favorite beach, so we spent a good bit of time here on our vacation. Staff were friendly overall, if sometimes absent, and the food was pretty good. It was a bit inconsistent though. Portion sizes and preparation of the same meal varied by day (or perhaps cook?). For... More

This was a great simple restaurant located on the beach in Punta Uva, Puerto Viejo. We had great fish and lobster. Laid back location. Price - value is very high. Highly recommended!

We stayed a very short walk from this place, and it was so good we returned a second time. I highly recommend the local dishes called casado. That's rice, beans, veggies, and a meat.
