We ate there three times on our vacation. The Costa Rican snapper was excellent. Also good was the panko crusted tuna and the macadamia-coconut crusted Mahi-mahi. Definitely a place to go for lunch or dinner. Nice views also.

Stopped here on a whim because parking was available (can be tricky in MA) my husband and I had a wonderful lunch, Mahi mahi was so fresh and tasty! Spectacular views of the ocean.

I have been eating at Agua Azul for over ten years and never been disappointed. Last week was my most recent visit and once again everything was first rate. Excellent food, a fun atmosphere and the friendliest staff (and in Costa Rica that's a serious achievement). You can eat clean, healthy food .... try any of the grilled fish dishes... More

they catch their seafood twice a day. Once in the morning for lunch and once in the day for dinner. We had the coconut crusted mahi and the Costa Rican Snapper. Both muy muy bien. Also Highly recommend the tuna tostadas. Amazing!

Make sure you are clear for rain for a bit then go to this restaurant! Loved the Tuna Tostadas as a starter. Had the grilled fish salad for lunch. Shared a lovely bottle of wine and looked out at one of the best views in town. It's small and I understand it gets busy at sunset. They also have burgers... More

American rock music, giant hamburgers, a proprietor from South Carolina ... mixed with a small open air bar with a view of the ocean that can't be beat. (We saw diving birds and a parasailer ... and OCEAN.) This is definitely worth a lunch or sunset visit, for the ambiance and a little taste of the USA.

The service was great and the food, well can say enough. Was very busy but was able to get a table right away. They also had live entertainment! Very much recommend this place

Beautiful view and nice people. The kids menu was good and the food was all delicious. Would recommend a stop in for lunch on your visit to Manuel Antonio.

My husband and I visited Agua Azul a few weeks ago on a Friday night around 6 pm. The staff is very friendly, and the view is excellent. They were extremely busy, so service was pretty slow, but we weren't in a hurry, so no big deal - I only mention that for people that are in a hurry or... More

We saw a sloth right from our table. We hung out until sunset. Great drinks and food. The kitchen sink nachos with their house hot sauce is very good!
