Does Restaurant Donde Sandy offer takeaway?

On our way to Manuel Antonio form Monteverde we needed a good and bathroom break. Saw this place and stopped in. The food was good, portions were very large. The bathrooms were clean.

I will never stop here again!

I will never stop here again! We didn’t want to eat from the buffet line because it didn’t look fresh, we ordered from the menu simple typical food, un “Casado con carne”. The meat was so dry and rubbery that we didn’t eat it. The...rice was hard and beans tasteless. We left our plates 3/4 full. Never again!!!More

Kiosco Sandy

A great place to stop for an authentic Costa Rican Churchill, a very unique frozen treat. Marlon gave us great service.

Great service and food!

I stopped with a group of 20 people and everyone was happy with the food. The waiters made sure everyone had what they wanted and even more. Highly recommend to stop here! (Vegan and vegetarian options available!)

Avoid!!!

Terrible service. Rude server. We waited almost 45 minutes before we cancelled our order. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nice lunch

Had lunch here on our way to st jose. The quality is good prices reasonable. Most visitors are tourists, so not authentic if thats what you are looking for.

Great Stop During a Traffic Jam/Long Road Trip

Stopped here initially just to grab a couple drinks. Ended up looking at the menu. I ordered, the seafood soup with a cream base. It was delicious! My boyfriend ordered the cheeseburger he loved it. Ate it so fast I never got to try it....His fries were good though!! Cheers!!More

Great place to stop for lunch or dinner!!!

Stopped on the way to Arenal and on my way back,Great food and service!! Ask for Chuby to wait on you,great guy and he speaks english..

i love arroz con pollo!

We stopped here on our way back to Alajuela. We were all hungry for more comida tipica, and appreciated a restaurant literally feet off the highway. Nice atmosphere, very good service. I had the arroz con pollo and it was delicious! Free wi-fi which is...always a plus in a place off the beaten path. I would absolutely come back!More
