This is completely different (no casino no prostitutes). This new place has great food and prices. A very nice informal restaurant. I would recommend. Lunch special is 5000 colones.

Modern and trendy. Nice people. We were a bit cold becaue of an open window. Owner noticed and made sure we got out of the cold... had a nice conversation afterwards. Disliked nothing :)
I have not stayed at the Dunn Inn recently but I did visit their Rick's Bar a couple of weeks ago when I was in town. The place is airy and expansive, has several large screen TV's, and offers a wide variety of meals from...More
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feed back about your recent visit to the restaurant. Ricks is under new administration since February. I have contacted the new owners and explained the situation. I will appreciate if you can contact me at...More
Great place to go chill and have a few brewskis. We had an excellent chicken soup and a quesadilla. The ceviche was very good, but not among the best costa rica has to offer. The owner Manny was very cool and we spent about a...More

Had three meals here 1. Pizza 2. Fish 3. Chicken wings All delicious. The place has a great ambience and the service is top class. One of the few places in San Jose that serves draught beer. Shall return here on my next trip.
Sadly to say, Rick's will not de a sports bsr anymore. The new owners of the restaurant have decided to make it simply a restaurant and supposedly will.upgrade the menu. All tv's (6) are removed from the wall and that wall is blank now. I...More
Ate a few meals there. Wings, pizza, pasta dishes . Very good food for San Jose. Food and drinks were fairly priced and I believe there was a 2 for 1 happy hour on drinks.
I was looking for something with a bit of fusion between American and Costa Rican foods and this place was it. Good location, very easy to walk to from the Holiday Inn Aurola. If you love soccer there are games on the screens. The restaurant...More
The waitresses are beautiful, the place is nicely put together and the food was really good! It's minutes away from all the main attractions in San Jose and we had a great time & definitely check out happy hour!!
