First of all, no matter how fancy the food could be, this is not a place for tourists, if you want perfect asian food, go asia, not caribbean. Having said that, for locals, expats or anyone with cravings for asian taste, this is the place...More

Wasn't too impressed with the Tin Jo special I ordered. The pakoras were good. Prices somewhat expensive.

It is tough to find good restaurants in San Jose. Tin Jo is an exception. Large, multi-cuisine Asian menu. A little expensive, but worth it for something better than average San Jose fare. Neighborhood is a bit rough - park in a garage nearby instead...More

Our waiter, Roma, took an amazingly good care of us dinning with elderly in wheelchair, and giving the highest level of attention, service and dedication, the atmosphere and scenery here is blessed with peace and tranquility, and the food is also superb

We went based on recommendations from TA and the hotel. The appetizers were good...salmon rolls and vegetarian spring rolls. We wanted the won tons we had heard about but they were out. Our biggest complaint was the service. Others that come in after us were...More

I recommend the steamed wonton as a must entrée if you go to Tin Jo. The dishes are delicious but I have to give this one a standout place in the menu.

I visited here with 6 other friends, we didn't book but got seated within about 10 mins. The food was delicious and plenty of options for vegetarians. The service was great and fast. The decor of the restaurant is impressive. Only downside was it was...More

First the restaurant itself is impressive, check out the Garden room. Service was great, and the food was great, very tasty, but I wouldn't call it authentic. It's also a bit more expensive for a mid-priced restaurant in San Jose, two of us with a...More

Description
Our mission is to serve delicious, healthy food in an environment that is conducive to sharing and caring. We believe that food should nourish us physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our dishes are inspired from Asian countries: China, Japan, India, Indonesia, Thailand. We have an extensive vegetarian and vegan menu as well as a gluten free menu. Our Asian themed rooms gather together all the art work we have collected as well as those created by closed friends and frequent diners. Tin Jo is our third child and we are very involved owners. We love to interact with you, our customers and it is our sincere wish that your visit to our restaurant satisfies not only your senses but also uplifts your spirit. With Gratitude,Maria Hon and Robert Faulstich
