Halibut sashimi was good thankfully... We had the Coho salmon. All I can say is that the fish full tasted of gas. I barely touched my fish. When the server came round to clear our table he didn’t even notice that all I ate were...More

Excellent cooked food and very nice assortment of mixed drinks - but expensive and plenty of good options closer to town. Good place for locals - not good if you are a tourist that has had good sushi anywhere else in the world. Sushi here...More

We ate at Wasabi's to enjoy the view across Kachemak bay to the mountains, and had a wonderful meal as well. The sushi was quite good, including excellent Halibut sashimi. The Ahi tuna and rock-fish entrees were also very good.

Wasabi’s is a very large venue. On the Saturday that we reserved a table for 7 they had one server and one bartender. The service was crazy slow, took 30 minutes and 2 reminders to get 4 tiny slices of bread. (Mind you, we had...More

LAX to Homer, AK? Very costly to travel that amount of distance just to go to this restaurant unless you already plan to be here. See Answer from Jackie D. for approx. time frame.
