Driving down the 14 mile road to get to Talkeetna, there's this little bakery. Had to stop just for the experience. I don't remember my drink order, although I remember not being a crazy fan of it. But I ordered this little chocolate treat. It was so yummy. Great after being in the car for a couple hours. Make sure... More

This has become our favorite place to eat in the Talkeetna area. It's a small bakery/cafe with both take out and sit down service serving high quality, fresh made bakery items, soups, salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, etc. Our favorite is the wood fired pizza on half whole wheat crust served on Friday and Saturday evenings. The Mediterranean is especially yummy,... More

Great coffee, muffins and in the woods. Very cool! A great stop before Talkeetna, relaxing stop after the drive up from Anchorage.

Expensive. But well worth it. Generous fresh food baked in front of you. Great valu despite the sticker shock....not a lot of other choices. Try the scrolls. Vary daily butwe sampled 4 and they are best.

We stumbled upon this bakery/cafe due to missing the open "Winter Hours" for a coffee shop in downtown Talkeetna. I am so glad we had the chance to try this place out on the Talkeetna spur! The baristas, bakers & other staff are all friendly, along w/ having a very unique menu - which has a lot o' tasty food... More

The place is really cute with some native decor worth buying. Had some yummy sandwiches and soup. Service was somewhat slow. Make sure you use the northern lights coupon here
