We stopped for lunch on our way from Denali to Anchorage. The food was outstanding. The restaurant is a couple of blocks off the main highway but easy to find. The lunch menu was varied and tasty, and the service was friendly and efficient. The...More

We loved the Grape Tap. Our server was awesome and so was the food. We loved the atmosphere. We had appetizers and salads and everything was delicious.

We went here for lunch and sat outside. The food was fresh and delicious. My side salad even had avocado, granola, and blueberries on it; you don't usually get that on a side salad! The whole restaurant is really cute, and sitting outside in the...More

Had a one night stopover in Wasilla on way to Valdez and used TripAdvisor adviser to decide where to eat. Why wouldn't you choose the #1 rated restaurant in the area?! Wasn't disappointed in fact extremely impressed. Shared the mixed trio of dips as an...More

Had such a wonderful dinner date with my husband. The house spiced nuts are my favorite and my go to meal is the chicken quesadilla! The vibes are so uplifting and relaxing that it's one of the first places I go to when I'm visiting...More

This tiny restaurant opens up in the summer time with an outdoor patio that is not to be missed. The menu is creative and the fare is consistently good. A glass of wine in the outside dining area, with friends, during the summer sun is...More

Took a friend here for the first time for lunch. The restaurant is a restored old home in Wasilla, AK which is well done on the outside. It has a Tapas Menu (small dishes), but didn't find the food that great or tasty...2 crab cakes, a small chicken sandwich with a slice of pear ,Brie Cheese, a tiny smear of cranberry sauce, on whole wheat bread & 2 glasses of Sonoma Brut @$7 each...the bill was $40 + tip. I think the the other thing we found not inviting was it is small inside, and the table/chairs on almost on top of each other. Making it impossible to sit down without bumping into the next customer at another table, and the noise level is very loud with everyone being cram ,so closed together...we found ourselves talking louder at each other because we couldn't hear each other. Plus, the they have some high table/chairs which are very leg uncomfortable ( maybe good for people who have longer legs). Not sure I would even go back for a dinner meal...wasn't that impressed with food or prices. I think this could be a very quint place if they lose the tall table/chairs & fewer tables , and figure out a different menu and get rid of the Trepas concept...

We were there when there were not very many people. The food is pricey but our customer service was great. So there are ups and downs.
