My husband and I love visiting this restaurant. The food is delicious and on par with the curries we've had in the UAE. The restaurant offers good value for money. Our favorite meals are the Butter Chicken and Chicken Korma. The masala tea is a must try - sweet and spicy.

In the cold we felt like eating real Indian curry. We decided to visit this restaurant on our doorstep. What a great experience! I had Lamb Madras with Naan bread - mild - and my husband had Lamb Jal Frezie with rice - also mild. It was excellent! The friendly service, lovely music and wonderful tastes made this a number... Looking for a great Indian restaurant in the East Rand.... this is the place. Great traditional Indian dishes .... mild or super hot ... your choice. Located in a shopping centre so easy to find parking.

I have eaten here twice. Every dish we ordered was very good to excellent. I have eaten Indian food in England which has noted good restaurants and this Taj is just as good. I recommend this place. Chicken Tikka Masala, and vegetarian dishes are very good. Service could be improved though.

Great authentic Indian food that never disappoints. The butter chicken and nan bread are both family favourites. Service is sometimes a little slow but the food is worth the wait.

We have been to Taj a number of times for sit down and take away and have never left wanting...the service is friendly and super fast...the Butter Chicken is just the bee's knees and a generous portion along with my the Nan bread accompaniment...The menu is extensive which would take many visits to explore fully.
