I've been experiencing a bad taste in their coffee lately. Once I had to send my coffee back 4 times. No improvement of the taste. My food has also been served cold and tasted very bland. I love Mugg & Bean but my experience with this particular one isn't so good

Nice to sit and chat and don't need to worry about to much interruptions as the waitors leave you till you need them. The noise levels is bit high but if you talk bit louder it is fine.

Friendly waiters willing to sacrifice to make you have a good experience. We had a great dinner. It has became our frequent restaurant.

We like the cappuccinos here and the food is normally pretty good. Just an average cafe with average service. Can be noisy

All I wanted was an espresso. What did I get? A delicious Peruvian coffee bean espresso and the largest slice of the creamiest cheesecake I have ever eaten. It seems all pastries are made in house, which also means that they are fresh and delicious. Service was excellent and Liberty made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back,... More

I visited Mugg & Bean in the middle of winter and sat upstairs where it was heated. Although I was on a really bad date, the hot chocolate that you add your own chocolate to, made up for it! Good service and ambiance!

I'm always looking for a good cappuccino. To me it should have a good balance between the espresso, milk content and foam head. Very few coffee shops succeed at this, cutting costs using poor quality milk, or simply burning the milk. I am pleasantly surprised at how good this particular M&B (Irene Village Mall) gets it done. The foam head... More
