We stayed 4 nights at the start of our holiday and were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the standard of the furnishings, bathroom etc. The view of Table Mountain from our first room was great. However, even though I arrived with a walking problem and a crutch, they put us on the 7th floor, which can't be... More

I had very high expectations of this hotel, but was really disappointed. This should not be more than a 3-star hotel. The rooms are average, service average and facilities also just average. The noise from Long Street is really bad as well and you struggle to sleep or have peace and quiet. Will not recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a two week tour with ILios travel company. The location is convenient for downtown and the hotel provides a free, but irregular, shuttle to the Waterfront. We were given a suite on the 9th floor overlooking Table Mountain. Two bedrooms ensuite, a lounge, kitchen and 3 tvs was very acceptable... More

Im sorry to write a bad review but this place is ridiculous. Maybe a 3 star hotel at best. Not sure how they retain their status. 1.Reception/checkin average information received 2. Arrive in a room that has been cheaply renovated with an oven and a microwave but no cutlery, plates crockery or pans. Not a deluxe suite in any way.... More

I recently stayed at the Pepper Club, colleagues who were returned from the Pepper Club on the day of my arrival, complained. They complained about the noise and only getting to sleep at 3am and the food. I had stayed there once before and thought it was okay. So I went prepared when I got there I asked the hotel... More

This is by far the most noisy hotel I have eve stayed in. It's in the CBD over long street and the rooms shake with noise. Don't ever ever stay here as you won't get a second of sleep. No sound proofing and no peace

We love this restaurant and normally stay at the sister hotel in Long Street. The staff are always friendly, the food seasonal, fresh and without fault. We love the dessert menu and Champagne by the glass ... very special place, worth the visit!

The hotel is beautiful with its facilities, the horrible room service is really not worth the trouble of mistaking it with a five star hotel. Definitely would not recommend it.

Summer time in Cape Town is special and we have been blessed with a few near perfect summer days in the past week. There are many hot spots to choose from, but one cannot deny that Camps Bay is one of Cape Town and South Africa’s premier summer destinations, renowned for its beach and glorious sunsets, not to mention some...
