Me and 6 of my friends visited the club last Saturday, The Jazz Festival weekend, up on arrival we were told that we need to pay R5000 for a table, as we were about to pay it - The lady changed to say we must give her R10 000 for a table. That's ridiculous and we were not happy. We... More

Service was good, food was good but the chips are the best! It's a good chill spot if you want to have drinks and smoking hookah. Has a tendency for a guest brawl though.

Great cocktails. IT is a pity that service takes forever. Food is good. It is not advisable to head down there on the weekends (evenings) as it gets too full with patrons not having enough seating so you end up having people leaning against your chair which is very uncomfortable.

This was my second time at Cubana in Central Cape Town and my partner's first time and we were both rather disappointed with our visit there. We have made a habit of visiting Cubanas in different cities in the country and this has been the worst. The wait for a table was too long and when a table was finally... More
