We popped in here for a delicious burger, wow! I ordered a sesame seed crumbed chicken burger with a delicious fresh salad. If ever in Cape Town again, I will order the same burger, it was delicious, I devoured it!!! Service was excellent too.. Thank you

We were in the mall and decided to go for lunch at Mugg and Bean, since I have had salads at other branches before that were delicious. So we ordered a Cajun and Avo Chicken wrap and a Honey Chicken Salad. Upon serving our food, I was shocked at the quality of the dishes. 4 small chicken strips in the... More

Have not been to a Mugg & Bean for 2 years due to an incident at their Canal walk branch. I gave it a second chance... Nothing has changed. We had to ask for cutlery. Worst cappucino ever. Small wrap that looked like a sampe - R75! Dont know why people go there.

WE have discovered an area that is not so noisy as the rest of the restaurant. There is a variety for everyone's choice on the menu ... soup, toasted sandwiches, burgers, steak, platters, cake, muffins, etc. The tomatoe and basil soup is a winner. A very nice toasted sandwich is served with it. The service was good and the meals... More

I met with a business person - the service [what..? Service..? are you mad..!] was as usual non existing. The waiter was S L O W.. [read DEAD], the coffee took more than 15 minutes to arrive, the food even longer..! The noise levels caused us the almost scream at each other throughout - STAY AWAY

This place just delivers time and time again. Real value for money with massive portions filled with love and care. We had some toasted sandwiches and Lemon Meringue cake. The cake is always a winner. Definitely the coffee shop to be at in Tygervalley .

First I'd like to say that the food was great and the service from the waiter was on par with what is expected of such an establishment. The challenge with being a busy restaurant in a centre is to keep the standards up. Dirty cutlery is unacceptable and the hostesses dismissive approach to such issues just left a bad taste... More

This is a great restaurant for having a meeting and the coffee is really good. The tables are nicely spaced so that you have ample privacy and leg room. It is easy and conveniently situated at the entrance and parking is no problem.
