I'm deeply impressed with the new restaurant - The Trading Post Eatery. I will not trade their pork belly for anything else! The deli has a relaxing atmosphere. The service is good and staff very friendly. My friends were equally impressed with their food which was beautifully served. This was my first visit and I will be back soon!

We frequented the Anurra restaurant, Lilypad, for regular Sunday lunches. The ambiance is great. The offering of quality food at reasonable prices provided good value. Last Sunday we visited Anurra after they revamped their restaurant and was looking forward to a good Sunday lunch. However, we were hugely disappointed. Anurra has now converted their restaurant into a pub. The food... More

We were 2 couples and decided to try the Lily Pad at Anura for lunch. The food was good but on the expensive side. The service was friendly and good. What shocked me was the price of the wine. Some were at double cellar door price which for a wine farm is not acceptable.

We are having our wedding at Anura next year April. My fiance and I had a tasting menu and all the food was amazing. Everything was fresh and prepared with attention to detail. The food was rich in flavor and the cheesecake with caramel ice-cream was one of the best dessert I have had this year.

Not the most kid-friendly restaurant, but very tasty. We loved our outdoor table next to the pond. The menu was a bit limited - the mains were all meat dishes with one fish item and no vegetarian options.

Shocked to be charged R180 for a wine that was R95 at cellar door. Many wine estates charge cellar door price or a price very close to cellar door in their restaurants; this is a rip off. Also noticed “no BYO” on their website. I suppose this is to stop you bring wine from cellar door as they could hardly... More

We have wanted to go to Lily Pad for a while now and suggested going there for Sunday lunch with my parents. This is a lovely venue with a great atmosphere and fantastic potential. The service wasn't bad and the food was honestly really good. BUT after letting us take a look at the hand written blackboard menu for some... More

We have visited the Lily Pad 4 times over the last few months. The restaurant is located in the Anura wine estate. It is very cosy inside and offers alternatively a lovely outside terrace / garden seating aside a nice pond and under old trees. The menu is limited but offers a choice for every palate. The chef, Jacques Barnard,... More
