I hadn't been to the relatively new location, I used to go to the one close to Recoleta years ago. While the place has a lovely ambiance, it feels a bit passè and welcomes a more modern look (I know they tried to keep the...More

We had dinner here and it was simply delicious. We got an appetiser, two salads, potatoes, grilled meats and two desserts (recommend trying the dulche de leche) and it came up to USD80 per person. Lovely ambience too.

The food was good, but the service was very disorganized. My wife ordered a main course and glass of Sauvignon Blanc wine from the menu. The waiter came back and said neither was available. The other two whites available by the glass were not Sauvignon...More

Description
LA CABAÑA is the most traditional restaurant in Buenos Aires. Established in 1935, it serves the best Argentine beef on the grill accompanied by excellent wine, a menu that turned La Cabaña into a source of inspiration for local cooking and that has been widely replicated all over the town.We invite you to enjoy any of our grilled beef cuts and, if you are willing to wait for an hour, you can have a unique experience tasting our classic "Great Baby Beef" - we suggest you do, savoring a glass of wine and in nice company. You do not get to know the purest Argentine cuisine without visiting our restaurant.
