One of the best places in town to taste the typical pancakes in a more refined version. Carlitos LNG tries to differentiate from competitors by trying to offer a wider menu that includes a variety of gourmet dishes, well prepared cocktails and incredible frozen coffees.

Can't go wrong with this place! I've been here many times and always had a great experience. The food is great and the servers are super friendly!! They have a huge selection of "panqueques" but this doesn't mean less quality...they're all delicious!!! Even their other food options are great. The only down side is that the tables may be a... We've stopped in Carlitos before going to Recoleta Cemetery and maybe has been the worst choice we could do. Inside, the bar was dirty and scruffy and the waiter quite unfriendly. We took two menu salads and one was uncompleted and the second one had unfresh tuna. The cokes were warm. We didn't finish our lunch, but just paid and... More

What's great for us (my family and friends) as well as for other expats is that this restaurant is open all day, like a diner. We don't have to wait until 8 or 8:30 to have dinner like in most other places.(. After 2 years of living here, we still don't get it that Argentines take their kids to restaurants... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
