We only had the breakfast buffet. It was delicious and well stocked. Tons of sweets and lots of savory options. We didn't try the "Asian breakfast" option, but it looked great. Scrambled eggs were not dried out like they were at many of the other places we tried. Servers were very attentive.

It was a Sunday night - our last in Buenos Aires and most restaurants around our hotel were closed so chose to eat here. We were not disappointed. The ambiance is very classy and the walk through the Park Hotel lobby is certainly impressive. We had a table by the window - a view of the streets below but still... More

A table by the window, my beautiful wife sitting across from, blown away by the ambient decor. This is a Restaurant for shaping your grace and style when you bring someone to impress. We were presented the 2 course dinner and one would swear Pissco was the Chef. Served by Cristian, the best service, the best wine and dinner I... More

I stayed at the Park Tower so visiting St Regis was very convenient but I had my doubts based on previous experience with in-house restaurants. This place, however, has great food (the lunch buffet was good too but they have even more delicious choices a la carte - I recommend the seafood mix platter). The service was excellent, always on... Stayed at the Park Tower and went for a solo dinner at St. Regis. Got a table at the window overseeing the street from the second floor. The service let by Cristián was excellent, great guidance and very accommodating to any allergies and intolerances. The dishes fresh and nicely combined. I loved the dessert cheese platter.

We dined in the hotel's restaurant - St Regis for the first time. They offer a tasting menu, complete with wine pairings, but there were some dishes I did not like, and as they would not offer this for just one, we chose the a la carte, as is often the case, we both chose the same starter and main... Was staying at the hotel and decided to have a business lunch. The place has a nice view looking out to the street. Service is proactive and willing to accommodate. The buffet is gourmet type and you'll find everything tasting very good. Price is a bit exaggerated even in dollar value.

Staying in Retiro

Neighbourhood Profile
Retiro
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
